the show-up time was 12p-5p ... right at noon the guy was here!! within 15 minutes he identified how old my heating system was and that it was amazing it was still working as well as it was lol there was nothing he could maintenence wise, let us know it was too old to get parts to fix, but he could replace the fan motor, but it was still working well, and he checked for CO2 to ensure it wasn't leaking, it wasn't. He recommended replacing it simply due to age and safety of the pilot light, but reiterated its current working condition. he then reduced what my cost for the service was going to be to the lowest they were able to bill. professional, on-time, informative. and best of all? with my neurodevelopmental disorder and some of the challenges that it poses, I was so very thrilled to be able to schedule the service online on their website! I wish I could do that with EVERY service or appointment I have to schedule lol it was a great experience, and if I ever need HVAC anything again, they'll be my first call!!
