Everything was done quickly and effetely. Unit worked beautifully as it was replacing an old heat pump system. The installers were very nice guys and cleaned up all the old equipment completely!! I totally recommend Alpha Heating & Air-Roseburg or in any City they are located!!!

Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning has come out to service our heater and air conditioning for two years. I spoke to Sherri to make an appointment and she explained all the different options we have for service. She was very nice and it was easy to understand.I am very happy with the job they did and the technicians have been very knowledgeable and very nice. I would be happy to have them back. And, I signed up for the twice a year service for more entailed service at a great price.

the show-up time was 12p-5p ... right at noon the guy was here!! within 15 minutes he identified how old my heating system was and that it was amazing it was still working as well as it was lol there was nothing he could maintenence wise, let us know it was too old to get parts to fix, but he could replace the fan motor, but it was still working well, and he checked for CO2 to ensure it wasn't leaking, it wasn't. He recommended replacing it simply due to age and safety of the pilot light, but reiterated its current working condition. he then reduced what my cost for the service was going to be to the lowest they were able to bill. professional, on-time, informative. and best of all? with my neurodevelopmental disorder and some of the challenges that it poses, I was so very thrilled to be able to schedule the service online on their website! I wish I could do that with EVERY service or appointment I have to schedule lol it was a great experience, and if I ever need HVAC anything again, they'll be my first call!!

They came out to do an inspection/maintenance of my heat pump. Jacob found a capacitor was wearing out and needed to be replaced. He was able to give me two options for the replacement capacitor if I wanted it replaced.He finished in no time and gave me a verbal description of everything that was done and explained the warranty. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them.

Alpha Heating and Air in Roseburg came promptly to fix our air conditioner heat pump system during the very hot week in mid-August. The repairman quickly found the problem and got the air conditioner working after installing a new part. It was great service!

Couldn't ask for a better company to do the A/C installation with and following up to make I was satisfied.
